Purchased a Ford Tourneo Custom from Ed at Williams Commercials on 22/5/26. Prior to the date of sale, Ed had sent me a video of the vehicle, rectified a few paint defects and liaised a reasonable timeline for collection (very quick turn around). I had to get the train south from north Scotland, Mark kindly came and picked me up from the local train station. Went back to the dealership, I was then shown the vehicle and i was happy to purchase. Ed was open with me that the van had been stationary for some time, and that he had charged the battery and any issue to contact him. Sadly the battery died the next day. Ed refunded me the cost of a new, genuine Ford battery, which I collected and installed 2 days later. Very pleasant and smooth experience with Ed and the Williams Commercials team. Look forward to the many miles to come with the vehicle. 100% would do business with again. And if I have any friends/family after a Defender 110, I know where to send them.
